IT Solutions Sales Executive 120K Plus

Job Description:

The IT Solutions Sales Executive position requires a person with a strong background in solution selling and/or business development within the IT Outsourcing space. The IT Solutions Sales Consultant is responsible for developing new opportunities in their respective vertical and territory. The position requires proactive partner relationship building skills (Hunter mentality) and sales leadership with the primary objective of securing new business and meeting sales objectives. Established relationships’ with C-level a plus (CFO, CIO), but not a requirement.

Opportunity is with a high growth company that provides IT Consulting, Outsourcing & Billing/ CRM Solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Achieving sales objectives of $2,000,000.
  • Discover new revenue through prospecting and growing new client relationships.
  • Actively managing sales funnels and revenue forecasts through CRM.
  • Preparing, owning and delivering written presentations, reports, proposals, and RFP response documents.
  • Working with marketing and senior sales management to build programs and events to support sales growth.
  • Defining and executing sales plans.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience in enterprise solution sales or business development preferably within the IT services or managed security services industry.
  • Deep understanding of business processes to move projects towards completion.
  • Ability to un-cover business opportunities that might be blind to the client.
  • Be able to drive to clarity and sales closure.
  • Self-motivated and outstanding relationship manager.
  • Excel in the following areas: opportunity qualification, maximizing account penetration, and soliciting referrals.
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills and proficient with Microsoft Office software.
  • Experience in consultative & enterprise solution selling.
  • Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline with multiple accounts and partners. (2 years of documented sales experience)
  • History of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Highly motivated to succeed in an environment that offers unlimited growth.
  • Ability to travel 10-20%.
  • Ability to operate with little or no supervision.
  • Entrepreneurial in sales, but also a team player.
  • Social media experience is a plus. (LinkedIn, Jigsaw & Twitter)
  • Bachelor degree is desired, but not required.

Location:

U.S.A. Based Position.

Preferred Locations:
Cleveland, Columbus, Washington DC, NYC, Seattle & San Francisco.
