As professional consultants we serve with honesty, integrity, courtesy, and competence using our knowledge and skill for the advancement of human welfare.We protect the safety, health, and welfare of the public and speak out against abuses in areas affecting the public interest.
We obey all laws and accept total responsibility for our actions and we treat all contacts with fairness regardless of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, or national origin.

  1. We conduct consultations confidentially and on terms agreed upon with our clients. We protect and will not disclose any company information without the approval of our client and will not gain financially or take any other advantage based on this information.
  2. We confer with our clients in sufficient detail to understand each concern or need and will match our service to our client's need.
  3. We keep the interests of our client as our highest priority and respond to these interests in a prompt and equitable manner.
  4. We offer advice and accept only those assignments we are truly qualified to perform. We endeavor to provide results that have a real and lasting benefit to our clients.
  5. We estimate and charge reasonable and consistent fees. We agree in advance on our fee or fee basis with our clients.
  6. We write advertising, contract, guarantees, and other representations that are honest, truthful, and easily understood.
  7. We refuse all assignments in which we have a conflict-of-interest or which might compromise our objectivity or professional independence. We promptly disclose any interest that may affect our clients, influence our judgment, or impair the equitable character of our services. We do not allow any outside interest to negatively affect the quality or results of our work.
  8. We compete fairly and give appropriate credit for the work of others.

Meet Michael Krause, owner and founder of Sales Sense Solutions, Inc.

Michael has spent over twenty years in sales, consistently achieving the highest levels of success in sales, management, and training. With a career and family history devoted to sales (Michael is a fourth generation sales professional), he is a veteran of driving and achieving results across an array of business models and sizes.

He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Bonaventure University where he financed his education by establishing, owning, and operating Perfection Lawn & Landscape–a company he built from scratch to 130 accounts and 6 employees in 2 years.

After graduating, Michael worked as a Financial Adviser for American Express where he secured enough new clients in his early months to merit the Rookie of the Year Award. He went on to earn his M.S.M. with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Roberts Wesleyan College.

Michael then focused his talents on Fortune 500 companies such First Data, Lexis-Nexis, Ceridian, and the Bureau of National Affairs. While the company name changed one thing remained consistent: Mike’s tenacity and talents to exceed expectations. He was recognized as the top producer in his division for each company as he generated over $100 million in sales.

After spending over 12 years in Corporate America he realized his true passion was helping small and mid-sized businesses achieve their goals. Sales Sense Solutions was born on the premise of delivering Fortune 500 sales experience and success systems to these smaller companies.
